I have an intuitive ability to quickly get to the heart of any challenge you are experiencing in your life. I provide a space for transformation by sensing what is within your energy and revealing to you what is energetically binding you and blocking the experiences you desire such as creating fulfilling relationships with yourself and others, experiencing financial abundance and living a life full of love.

Each Whole You Session is unique as I tap into your inner wisdom as well as my own. As we work, I sense all levels of energy within you, and work with your Higher Self’s wisdom, your guides and my intuition to quickly identify what to shift. This allows me to know which methods of healing will best serve you. The healing occurs on many levels, both consciously and subconsciously. Because your Higher Self is leading this healing, and because of my intent to work with your highest good in mind, healing occurs in the best and quickest way to support you.

I have an extensive healing background, which includes being a Master Reiki Teacher and earning certifications in consciousness-shifting modalities such as Spiritual Response Therapy, Heart2Heart, EDINA Energy Medicine and Matrix Energetics. I also am trained and certified in Spiritual Communication through Paths2Enlightenment by Steve Roth. Though I have learned much from these programs, my greatest understanding and wisdom has come from my own healing and what I’ve discovered as I have helped my clients heal.
